Cabernet Sauvignon grapes produce a rich in color full-bodied red wine with dark fruit flavors and savory tastes. It is rich in depth with balanced acidity and strong tannins. Gives a nice bouquet of aromas such as spices, vanilla, tobacco and green pepper.

Red meat in particular is its first love. Everything from burgers to grilled game, sausage dishes, lamb and strong-flavored cheese all find their mark with a Cabernet Sauvignon.
